Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) rate.
Ownership of goods, materials, or deliverables remains with New Wave until full payment is received.
6. Client Obligations

Ensure safe and timely access to sites, documents, or personnel as required.
Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulatory standards relevant to the project.
Not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct while interacting with our personnel or platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, documents, videos, and creative content produced by New Wave remain the intellectual property of New Wave unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of New Wave materials is prohibited.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments for completed work or incurred costs become immediately due.
